While we make every effort to display products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours will precisely reflect the actual colours of the products. Products you receive may therefore differ slightly in appearance.

All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements listed on the Website are approximate and may vary within a tolerance of up to 2%.

Product packaging may differ from that shown in any images on the Website.

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as reasonably practicable, and your order will not be processed.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for any product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be specified in the order confirmation email.

We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any listing, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received prior to acceptance of your order. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

All shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Plugsol Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or delivery, regardless of cause.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided or to a person authorised to receive them on your behalf.

6. Limited Warranty

7. Regulatory Compliance

Whether you choose to install the product yourself or engage a qualified professional, all electrical installation work must comply with applicable UK legislation and standards, including but not limited to:

• BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 (IET Wiring Regulations);
• IET Code of Practice for Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic Systems (3rd Edition);
• Approved Document P of the Building Regulations 2010 (Electrical Safety – Dwellings); and
• ENA Engineering Recommendation G98/18 (2021).

Any alterations to your property’s wiring, such as connecting a microinverter, modifying a consumer unit, or installing an isolator, must be completed by an electrician registered under a recognised Competent Person Scheme or must be notified to your local Building Control body prior to commencement of works.

If you elect to carry out the installation yourself, you are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal and safety requirements, including commissioning tests and notifying your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) within 28 days of commissioning where required.

All relevant documentation, including Electrical Installation Certificates, Building Regulations Compliance Certificates and commissioning test records, must be properly completed and retained.

Plugsol Ltd shall not be liable for any damage, regulatory non-compliance or safety risk arising from incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised installation.

8. Suitability of Property and Electrical Supply

Before installing your solar kit, you must ensure that your property is suitable for the installation. This includes verifying that your electrical supply infrastructure can safely accommodate the additional energy generated.

You must also assess the intended installation area, balcony, terrace, patio, garage or garden, to confirm it is structurally sound and capable of supporting the equipment.

Any structural modifications required to comply with safety or building regulations are your sole responsibility.

9. Planning Permission

You are solely responsible for determining whether planning permission is required for your installation. In cases of uncertainty, consult your local planning authority or refer to the UK Government’s Planning Portal.

10. Installation Risk and Liability

All installations are undertaken at your own risk. Plugsol Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from or in connection with the installation process.

Installation manuals provided are intended for general guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. You must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Where uncertain, consult a qualified professional.

Plugsol Ltd shall not be liable for any incorrect, unsafe or non-compliant installation carried out by you or on your behalf.

11. Compliance with Export Regulation

You agree to comply with all applicable UK and international export control laws and regulations.

You represent that products purchased are for personal or household use only and not for resale, transfer or export.

You agree not to export, re-export, divert or transfer any products, services or technical data obtained from Plugsol Ltd to any prohibited destination, entity or person.

Plugsol Ltd accepts no liability for any breach of export regulations resulting from your actions.

12. Intellectual Property Use and Ownership

All references on this Website to “sell,” “sale,” “purchase,” or similar terms refer to the grant of a licence. Products and services are licensed to you, not sold.

Plugsol Ltd and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights associated with products and services, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and related documentation.

You must comply with all licence terms and may not reverse engineer, reproduce, modify, sublicense or transfer any product or service.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and processing of personal data provided in connection with your purchase is governed by the Plugsol Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations (excluding payment obligations) due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, industrial disputes, power outages or similar events.

If a Force Majeure Event continues for 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the Agreement with five days’ written notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the courts of London, United Kingdom.

You agree to resolve disputes strictly on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

16. Assignment and Delegation

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

17. No Waiver

No failure or delay by Plugsol Ltd in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver unless made in writing by an authorised representative.

18. No Third-Party Rights

These Terms confer no rights on any third party.

19. Notices

Notices to You: We may provide notice by email or by posting on the Website. Notices sent by email are deemed effective at the time of sending.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your order confirmation, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plugsol Ltd.
